If Winning Disputes is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get it in full. No questions asked.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal and have not created a new engagement since that renewal. Otherwise, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the month you paid for.

How to ask for a refund

• Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net and look up your order.
• Or email [email protected] with the email address you paid with. We reply within one business day.

When it arrives

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Most appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
